REPLACEMENT:

Appliance Pro USA proudly offers a 100% guarantee against defective or damaged items.  If your item arrives defective or damaged you must notify us within 30 days and return the item with all components and packaging for a full refund or replacement.

NOTICE:  Once item is received, we will inspect and evaluate the item to verify the reported defect.  Item must not be damaged due to improper installation or item will not be replaced.

REFUND (any reason):

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it in the fully sealed, unopened original packaging with all components included for a full refund. 

NOTICE: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Item will also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We want you to be happy with every aspect of your shopping experience, therefore we ship all items via USPS priority mail with a simple flat rate of $10.  If you require different shipping options please contact us prior to purchasing an item.

We ask that you double check your shipping address prior to completing your check out.  We will only ship to the address you provide via Ebay.  Per Ebay?s policy we are unable to alter your shipping address after checkout.  To also improve upon your experience, we will only ship to verified paypal addresses and addresses provided during the checkout process.

3)     Final inspection by Quality Assurance Specialist.

4)     Packaged in Appliance Pro USA static proofing packaging.  Packaging is heat sealed and is one time use to prevent tampering.

5)     Wrapped with damage proofing packaging and shipped to customer.
