Kodak Retina IIIc Type 021/1, Model 2 rangefinder camera with Xenon 50/f2 lens, Double Stamped, Exc.++, CLA
This is a scarce Retina IIIc, 021/1, (Model 2), with newer extended single range exposure meter as on IIIC.This a transition model between the IIIc and IIIC. The SN# is double stamped EK 742 (2 over 1) 21
The camera is in Excellent ++ condition, very minor wear, some scuffing to the front door as seen. It has been profesionally cleaned, lubricated and adjusted (CLA) on December 2020. shutter is spot on, including slow speeds, sharp, bright rangefinder, smooth advance and focus. Lens has no fungus, haze, oil, it does have a couple of tiny dust bits.
The case is also in nice shape, some scuffing and wear to hinges which are intact, original strap is intact.
This version doesn't come up for sale often in this condition, and the double stamp, which is probably due to the short lived transition is one of a kind!
