Vintage Doctor Metal Stamp

Right left and numbers

Used back in the day. Has a doctors name on it but I can’t quite figure out what it says. They used these for testing and would just be able to mark this down with correct info circled every time. This is a unique piece to own. It still has the doctors name on the wood side. Metal stamp on the other side.
