These retired figures were produced by Forces of Valor in China in the early 2000s. They were painted by the manufacturer to a very high standard of excellence. Each figure comes with a base which can be plugged in or glued on.All items are in new, mint, undamaged condition, and have never been exposed to smoke, light, air or dust.The figures are sold without their original packaging.
