Recipe:
Materials:
500 gm stingrays (clean)
10 okra
1 tomato
5 stalks of kesum leaves
2 pieces torch ginger (Can look into my store)
100ml of tamarind water
700ml water
3 tablespoon cooking oil
salt/ seasoning powder to taste
Material (Grind):
20 dried chilli (Can look into my store)
1 large onion squash
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
5cm shrimp paste
Cooking Method:
1.Heat the cooking oil in pot, Then fry the grind ingredients until fragrant.
2. Add water and tamarind juice, bring to a boil
3. Add the okra, kesum leaves, torch ginger, salt or seasoning, leave about 3 minutes.
4.Add the stingrays and let it cook and the gravy shimmer
5. Turn of heat and add tomatoes
6. Ready to enjoy with rice.
