This exhaust system was removed from a 2005 Kawasaki ZG1000 Concours. The mufflers are solid but have some surface rust and I could find no dents. The headers are decent with some rust on the cross-tube. The part numbers are 18091-0206 for the left muffler, 18091-0207 for the right muffler, 49107-1053 for the left manifold and 49107-1058 for the right manifold.
