Our return policy, In the only case of unopened item package.
I ship items from Japan to your country.

*Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 
 These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
*Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
*These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
 *Don't buy if this item is prohibit to import in your country.


Shipping

I'll ship items with tracking number.

It is possible to offer a shipping discount.(bulk purchase)
You can ask me to send you an invoice by following steps below.

How to ask me for an invoice:
1)You can purchase all of the items you would like to get but please do not make payment yet.

2)Please send me a message through eBay Message
“I request you to send me an invoice for payment as I want to purchase items in bulk.’.
If you have any preferred shipping option (Japan Post/FedEx/DHL…),
please let me know when you send me a message.
(Please note that FedEx cost may be lower than DHL but it all depends on where you are located.
If you are located in an area where we cannot use the above shipping options, I will use other shipping options.)

*NOTE
1)Please be aware that the customs duty may be higher comparing to shipping items separately as we will combine shipping items together.
Please understand that it is a buyer’s responsibility to take care of customs duty.

2)Please note that a discount rate may vary depending on a capacity or weight of the items.

Cancellation after payment

If we cancel the transaction, Paypal will not refund any fees to me.
If you wish to cancel the transaction for personal reasons, you will be asked to pay the Paypal fee.
Please note that I will invoice you for the amount of Paypal fee in advance.
After confirming your paypal fee payment, I'll process cancel.
If you do not reply to my message, I will assume that you quit the cancellation.
