Shipping and Handling

- Item Location: All our Items are stocked in Melbourne

- Delivery Address: All items will be shipped to buyer's eBay address. Before you pay, please ensure your mailing address in eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to. 

- Shipping: Once the payment is clear, we will dispatch in 1~2 business days(excluding weekend and holidays) and orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

- Delivery Time: Delivery time will vary depending on your location. As a guide, most orders with Regular Australia Post within Australia are usually delivered within 2~7 business days from sent date. Some far and remote regional area may take 6~13 days and also note that delivery may vary during peak periods.

- Postage: Most our customers prefer regular post as it's cheap and easy. However, the regular post will contain certain risks such as item loss, item being undelivered or not available for tracking. We apologize that we are not able to be responsible for lost or undelivered items if they are sent as regular post. So if you have concern about this, please contact us via eBay message for postage cost of register mailing.

- Urgent Item: If you need an item urgently, please do contact us via eBay message to arrange urgent delivery. Extra postage may apply for the express post.

Returns & Warranty

- We accept item returns if item is not exactly as described in the listing.

- Returned item must be in acceptable condition and without physical damage, except damaged in transit. 

- If the replacement is not available, a refund of the product of the purchase price will be issued.
