LOD CHONG is an ancient Thai dessert, formerly known as Nok Ploi. The process of baking is the process of pressing the dough out of the mold. The LOD CHONG will look like a line about 2-2.5 inches long or short, fat depending on the type used to press the dough. Lod Chong are popular in auspicious events such as weddings, which are considered sacred sweets. Meaning that the couple will live longer. When there are any obstacles. To be able to overcome the obstacles well.
The delicious LOD CHONG has to be sticky, fragrant, Pandan leaves and the smell of lime water. The coconut milk must be squeezed from fresh coconut. And use less water to squeeze, will get the fresh, creamy and aromatic cream. You can use coconut sugar or palm sugar.
There are 2 secrets to making a snack.
1. The dough must stir until done. And when pressing into lines. The dough must be hot. Don't let the dough cool.
2. Coconut milk, use hand to dissolve sugar together and don't want to set the fire.

Ingredients : 
The LOD CHONG
1. 150 g Rice Starch
2. 30 g Arrowroot Flour
3. 450 g Lime Water
4. 250 g Pandan Juice ( pandan leaves blended with 600 ml water, filtered only water )
Coconut milk
1. 250 g Coconut Milk
2. 150 g Palm sugar
2. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
3. 800 ml. Coconut Milk
4. 1 Scented Candle
The Process of Cooking:
1. Put the flour and the container. Mix to combine. Pandan juice into the water. Put down lime water and the gently massage the mixture until the flour is dissolved to cool it or else it will be before the dough together. Filter the mixture with the white cloth again. Start by stirring the  pot . Set fire to the soft dough out of pan , stir to dissolve , then pour into the flour  until it resembles thick well not too dry or liquid . Wash basin or other contianer such as a bucket out the water  and put it into cool. then stir in the flour and put it intocontainer or ours. Press the dough out to groove out to be short - lived , it is LOD CHONG  down sterch into cold water . frequently if the water starts to heat up too. Then the power room before.
2. Made by coconut palm sugar gradually until ligtht and therefor close to a candle and  incense smoke.
3. Draw line LOD CHONG bowl. Topped with coconut milk And break the ice.
