THREE-PHASE CHARGING MODE
n Constant current mode:
When the voltage of the battery is lower than the value set by the charger, the charger will work under the constant current mode and supply the constant current for the battery.
n Constant voltage mode:
Using the pulse width modulation(PWM) tech to control the charging current and output voltage of the charger which ensures the battery is fully charged and avoids over charging.
n Floating charge mode:
When the voltage of the battery is approaching the value of the constant voltage mode, and the current will cut down to the given current gradually, that means the battery power is full, then the pilot lamp will turn green and the fan will stop working. The charger will turn the mode into floating charge mode automatically. At this moment, the battery can be stopped charging or keep on floating charge for half an hour.

INSTRUCTION
n When using, please connect the battery output battery clip to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, red is positive (+), black clip is negative (-), and then plug in the power, then you can charge.
n When the battery is charging, the power indicator light is red, and the full indicator light is green. After the battery is full, it will enter the floating charge state, and the battery is fully charged. (The green light indicates that the battery is full, the machine automatically stops charging, compensates with a small current, or flashes at traffic lights)

Q&A
1. Why does the charger light up green when charging?
There are two cases when the charger lights up green directly:
① The battery is fully charged.
The battery does not need to be charged;
② It is because the battery has not been used for a long time or the battery has been in use for many years.
For a long time, the battery feed is serious, causing the battery voltage to be too low.
Solution: Charge the charger with green light for 2 hours. After 2 hours, check whether the charger has changed. If it still does not change, you need to check whether the battery is damaged to prevent the battery from feeding seriously and causing the voltage to be too low. When the voltage is too low, the charger will not recognize the battery voltage.
2. Why does the traffic light flash when the charger is charging?
The flashing of traffic lights during charging indicates that the charging state has been entered. The battery is almost full. The flashing of traffic lights has a repairing effect. It effectively repairs the voltage of the battery. The traffic lights flash for a long time. It is recommended to check the battery for damage.
3. Why is the red light always on when the charger is charging?
If the charging time exceeds 10 hours, it is still a red light. There are three cases:
① The battery parameters are large, the charger is small, and the current and power are not enough;
② For new batteries, the initial voltage of the new batteries will be unstable. Charge them for 8 hours each time, and then use up the battery, and use it 3 to 6 times.
③ The battery is aging, the lead acid inside the battery is damaged, or the battery is short of solution. These reasons will cause the battery to not collect electricity and always turn red.
NOTE&WARNING
« This charger has reverse output protection function. If the connection is reversed, the charger will not work. After the battery clip is reversed, it can work normally. This charger is pure pulsed DC, so the charge clip spark is small, it is normal.
« It is forbidden to use in explosive gas environment; it is forbidden to charge the non-rechargeable battery, there is high pressure in the machine, danger! It is forbidden to approach the open flame during charging
