G.I. JOE-RETALIATION COBRA COMMANDER ACTION FIGURE SEALED (2011) HASBRO ITEM DESCRIPTION This is the G.I. Joe Retaliation Cobra Commander action figure, by Hasbro.  Cobra Commander is the evil leader of Cobra and the most dangerous man alive. This figure was purchased from a private collection and is in good condition inside of its original sealed packaging. There is light wear on the edges of the card with a light amount of color removed. The surface of the card has light scratches and scuffs. The back of the card has a few scratches that are deeper than just a surface scratch. The plastic bubble has a few light scratches and scuffs. If the item is laid down the card lays almost completely flat except for the top of the card is just slightly lifted.  Figure is sold as is in the condition shown in the photos.
