Requirements for Freight Delivery: (If you think you cannot accommodate these requirements please message us)
1. Freight company calls you in advance to schedule a day and time for delivery. Delivery is only available Mon-Fri during business hours. Signature is required upon delivery. If you miss the appointment, the carrier charges a redelivery fee.
2. If address is changed after your order ships, charges will apply.
3. Drivers do not assist with unpacking/setup or carry into your home. This is a curbside delivery with liftgate to drop it to ground.
4. Please inspect for visible damage before signing. If there is damage, please notate it next to your signature. If boxes are missing, please note that as well. This will aid in the recovery process.
