SHIPPING POLICY

  1. All the listed products are shipped from Taiwan and sent worldwide by trustworthy international couriers. After payment confirmation, the handling time for orders is 1-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following working days.

  2. Please make sure the payment amount and shipping information are correct, changes after payment confirmation will not be accepted.

  3. The price stated DOES NOT include import duties, taxes, inland shipping charges, and any other charges. All the charges should be borne by the customers. 

  4. Custom clearance processes vary among countries and states, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional charges that may arise.


DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCTS, AND FITMENT ISSUES

Defective or Incorrect Products :

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Provide detailed information and pictures of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Fitment Issues :

If the product doesn't fit your vehicle as expected, inform us within 3 days of receiving it. Share the necessary details and pictures highlighting the fitting problem. We will assess the situation and offer an exchange or refund if the product is incompatible despite the correct ordering.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Procedure : 

Contact our customer support team to initiate a return. We will provide clear instructions. Ensure the returned item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.


Refund Process : 

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, and you will receive a notification.

  1. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
