Emporium Aluminium cookware range brings you a high quality metal finish aluminium cookware which is one of the most renowned brand for aluminium in the UK. Since its launch Emporium Aluminium cookware has been trusted by  thousands of households with its quality and durability. We are proud to be one of the most reputable suppliers of class A aluminium cookware which is made in Pakistan.

Premium Process:

Emporium Aluminium cookware is made from high quality aluminium and goes through a detailed process to maintain quality. Aluminium is the resulting product created after molten aluminium is poured into a mould. Aluminium cookware was originally created by machining each pan from a solid block of aluminium. This ‘raw’ material, however, was softer and more sensitive to heat, plus highly reactive with alkaline and acidic food. This caused both warping and pocking. The new technology used at our factories creates a harder, more durable aluminium product, addressing both issues

Unique Stylish Design

Aluminium cookware has evolved with time and our cookware is designed to suit all types of kitchen. We take into account all sort of needs for domestic to commercial use.

Superior User Experience:

Emporium Aluminium cookware is designed to give an ease to user with the best quality aluminium and wood for manufacturing process.

Multiple Uses

Aluminium cookware by Emporium can also be used in oven (Wooden handle Excluded) so if there is a need to roast and u need depth then our casseroles become handy.

Facts About Aluminium

Aluminium Cookware has been around for centuries. During the 1960s and 1970s, aluminum emerged as a possible suspect in Alzheimer’s. This suspicion led to concern about exposure to aluminum through everyday sources such as pots and pans, beverage cans, antacids and antiperspirants. Since then, studies have failed to confirm any role for aluminum in causing Alzheimer’s.

Here are 10 reasons to love Aluminium cookware.

Aluminium cookware is;

1.         Lightweight

Aluminium is lighter in weight as compared to iron and can be used for day to day cooking in households

2.         Cools quickly

As compared to iron Aluminium cools down quickly and therefore is ideal for cooking with precise temperature controls

3.         Can be used on the stovetop and in the oven

Aluminium casseroles with metal handles can be used on all sorts of heated surfaces other than induction. They require a direct heat source and can be used in oven.

4.         Can be washed in the dishwasher and soaked in the sink

With cast aluminium pots you do not need to worry about washing with special instructions however there is a care method for these pots detailed in care section.

5.         Is superior to stainless steel in heat conduction

Many get surprised to know that Aluminium has a better conductivity than stainless steel. Aluminium conducts five times better than cast iron and 9 times better than steel therefore significantly reduces cooking time

6.         Resists scratching

Cast aluminium pots are made from thick moulds and are scratch resistant

Beauty of aluminium cookware is that it releases food quickly as compared to iron and so you may find every caterer in the world using aluminium based catering pots

10.    Ideal for low and moderate heat applications

Since Aluminium does not retain heat for long as compared to iron, it ideal for low and moderate heat applications like simmering.

11.       Even Cooking

Aluminium cooking pans distribute heat uniformly over the entire surface.

How to prepare Aluminum Cookware?

Prior to the first use of your new Aluminium cookware, wash it in warm, soapy water with ¼ cup of vinegar. Any remaining traces of manufacturing oils will be removed in this process. Then, rinse fully and towel dry.

Condition your aluminium cookware before your first use with 1 tsp (5 ml) of vegetable oil. Using a soft cloth, wipe the oil gently around the interior. Be sure to repeat this conditioning step every couple of months, or if food begins to stick to the surface when cooking.

Remember that all Aluminium products are made from raw aluminium and polished after process. They may loose the shine over time but if taken care of  then last for many years.
