Premium
Process:
Emporium
Aluminium cookware is made from high quality aluminium and goes through a
detailed process to maintain quality. Aluminium is the resulting product
created after molten aluminium is poured into a mould. Aluminium cookware
was originally created by machining each pan from a solid block of aluminium.
This ‘raw’ material, however, was softer and more sensitive to heat, plus
highly reactive with alkaline and acidic food. This caused both warping and
pocking. The new technology used at our factories creates a harder, more
durable aluminium product, addressing both issues
Unique
Stylish Design
Aluminium
cookware has evolved with time and our cookware is designed to suit all types
of kitchen. We take into account all sort of needs for domestic to commercial

Uses

there is a need to roast and u need depth then our casseroles become handy.
Facts
About Aluminium
Aluminium
Cookware has been around for centuries. During the 1960s and 1970s, aluminum
emerged as a possible suspect in Alzheimer’s. This suspicion led to concern
about exposure to aluminum through everyday sources such as pots and pans,
beverage cans, antacids and antiperspirants. Since then, studies have failed to
confirm any role for aluminum in causing Alzheimer’s.

be used on the stovetop and in the oven
Aluminium
casseroles with metal handles can be used on all sorts of heated surfaces other
than induction. They require a direct heat source and can be used in oven.

How to prepare Aluminum
Cookware?
Prior to the first use of your
new Aluminium cookware, wash it in warm, soapy water with ¼
cup of vinegar. Any remaining traces of manufacturing oils will be removed in
this process. Then, rinse fully and towel dry.
Condition your aluminium cookware
before your first use with 1 tsp (5 ml) of vegetable oil. Using a soft cloth,
wipe the oil gently around the interior. Be sure to repeat this conditioning
step every couple of months, or if food begins to stick to the surface when
cooking.
Remember that all
Aluminium products are made from raw aluminium and polished after process. They
may loose the shine over time but if taken care of then last for many years.
