If your vehicle is mentioned on the list, then we guarantee fitment or you can receive your money back. Any upgraded, modified or big brakes vehicles car affect the fitment of wheels. If you are unsure, please send us eBay messages!

Can Item/s Be Picked Up From Our Store?

Yes, items can be picked up from our store. However, you must contact us and book pickup time. If the account holder is not the pickup person, then you should inform us via eBay message including the pickup person details. All items can be picked up from CNC Wheels store - 3 Kurrara Street, Lansvale Sydney NSW 2166.

Is Fitting And Balancing Free?

We offer free fitting and balancing when purchasing a set of wheels and tyres from us. There is no additional discount giving if you can’t get to our store for fitting/balancing.

Do you sell tyres?

We offer a wide range of tyres for competitive prices to suits most vehicles. We store most tyre brands, including Falken, Kumho, Bridgestone, Continental, BF-Goodrich, Pirelli, Good-Year, Michelin, Winrun and more! Please contact us via eBay message to discuss about tyres for your vehicle!

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We offer express delivery Australia wide. Cost varies depending on your suburb. For rural areas, keep in mind that sometimes there is a delay in transit (areas like NT or North QLD). However, tracking number will be given to every order. Shipment of products will leave our shop within 1-2 days after payment received. Please contact us via eBay message or email if the item/s will be picked up from CNC Wheels store.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We believe in a fair and open returns policy. If there is visible damage on the box of the item/s, you must notify the courier driver immediately, mark the damaged areas and contact us! All deliveries must be checked carefully and should be notified within 24 hours of any damage on the item/s.

We accept 30 days money-back guarantee if you changed your mind. Fees for both ways freight cost must be paid by the customer. Items that have been used, fitted or balanced are not returnable (must be in original box). If you decide to cancel the order after the item/s been dispatched, fees for both ways freight cost must be paid by the customer.
