Lot Consists of an Original, 1957 First Day of Issue Stamped and Canceled, Folded Card, issued for the 100th Anniversary of The American Institute of Architects. Folder has the centennial commemorative stamp affixed inside and bears a round hand cancel "New York - Feb. 23 - 9:00 AM - 1957 - N.Y." Card has a flocked design on inside. Also included is a FDC featuring the same Scott 1089 as in the card


Card Stock item is approx. 3-7/8" high x 4-1/4" wide folded and 8-1/2" wide opened. Card has some light overall toning and light signs of handling on edges and corners. Flocked design and rear of card have transfer shadows. Card has been stored away since being obtained. See Pics for More Details on Condition.
