This little monster was sold at Target back in the day. When you park him in he charges up on energy and then you can remove him from the plug-in just play him somewhere till he runs down. Seems to be about impossible to find anywhere else. He's about 4 in in height. I think he sort of looks like the zombie of Humpty Dumpty lol.
