Returns
Change of mind or incorrect purchase returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. The customer is responsible for returning the goods for a full refund less HSP’s initial delivery costs. The item/s must be returned in their original re-salable condition. Note that used, worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure of an item.
All HSP’s goods come with guarantees under Australian consumer law.

We accept Direct Deposit, Paypal, Eftpos or Cash on HSP collection.
