The Titman Edge saw blades benefit from an APSC non-stick coating which helps prevent a build-up of resin and protects against rusting. During manufacturing, an electrostatic generator ensures this acrylic and polymer coating is absorbed onto the surface of the blade. Coupled with the tungsten carbide tipped teeth, each blade will run sharp and true for longer. In simple terms, rather than cutting with a bare steel blade, which is susceptible to rusting and holding onto wood resin, the Titman Edge blade coating literally has a layer of protection against both.
