Australia - Standard post is generally 2-7 business days. Express post is 1-3 business days.
International Deliveries 7-21 business days (except to counties greatly affected by current world events where times will unfortunately be much longer).

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges (with the exception of the UK - ebay will collect VAT/Import charges at the time of purchase for the UK only). Customs charges and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (postage) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional postage charges. Note:- We ship your item the same day that payment is made, but Ebay sellers have experienced longer than normal postage times to both Brazil and The Russian Federation. We are happy to sell to you, but please do not make any claims for lost parcels until at least 30 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends). Always contact us for help before returning items. We accept change of mind / exchange returns within 30days of purchase, provided the item is still in brand new condition with all tags still applied - Buyer pays return shipping.

If you believe your product is faulty we require you take clear and focused pictures to show the fault before we can offer assistance. In some situations we may require you to return an item that you believe is faulty as part of the resolution process so please do not dispose of the item (possibly voiding your rights under Australian Consumer Guarantee law).

NOTE that if your order bounces back to us through Australia Post due to any addressing error on your part, we do require you to cover any postage costs involved in re-sending your order please. If you do not wish the item reshipped, we charge a flat $10 fee before any refund due to these charges being imposed on us by Australia Post for incorrectly addressed packages or items not collected from the Post Office within their holding period terms. Tracking is provided to you the day we ship, so you can track your parcels location at all times once dispatched.
