As you wear your hearing aids for long lengths of time it is essential that your domes are safe, secure and comfortable. The unique contour of the Comfort Buds provides you with consistent, long-term comfort. Whereas many earbuds touch only certain parts of the ear canal wall, causing an unequal feeling or pressure points in the ear. The equal and sturdy wall sections of the Comfort Bud help to eliminate hot spots, providing consistent patient comfort.

Open Comfort Buds:
The open Comfort Bud was designed to provide comfort and maximum acoustic openness. The vents on the open Comfort Bud are positioned to reduce contact with the ear canal wall, which reduces itchiness and pressure points. Helping to maintain the desired openness for comfort and acoustics.
Occluded:
The occluded Comfort Bud provides consistent occlusion (secure/close fitting). Other types of earbuds may fold or irregularly bend upon insertion into the ear, reducing the acoustic seal of the earbud. The Comfort Bud has a retaining ring that helps it to resist puckering even when the earbud is being constricted. Achieved occlusion with other earbud designs may differ greatly depending upon earbud position or placement; with the occluded Comfort Bud, a more consistent fit can be achieved with each insertion.
Retention in the ear:
The unique design of the Comfort Bud also allows it to provide consistent retention in the ear. It is designed to wrap around the first bend of the ear canal in order to achieve greater retention. Unlike other earbuds, which may press against the bend of the ear or fold up against the ear canal wall, the Comfort Bud was designed to adapt to ear canal irregularities for secure retention.
Protection against wax:
The Comfort Bud is a strong barrier between your ear and the hearing aid receiver. The wax bridge deflects dirt and debris to protect the acoustic port. Its flexible design allows it to move and bend, thereby preventing cerumen and dirt from being scooped into unwanted areas during hearing aid insertions and removals.

UK Delivery
All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.
Standard delivery (UK Royal Mail 1st Class) is available for £4.60 and will take approximately 1- 2 working days. Orders placed over £35 in total are applicable for FREE standard delivery.
UK Royal Mail 2nd Class is available for £2.59 and will take approximately 2-3 working days.
Worldwide Shipping
All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.
Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.
Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Hearing Aid Accessories aim to include a complimentary power adapter suitable for your region with all applicable electronic items. Please ensure you check your regional power supply voltage prior to use (power adapter is subject to availability).
Alternatively, a universal USB charger cable is included, which you can use in your choice of power supply for your region.
Returns & Warranty
Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.
Please see below for our terms and conditions -
· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.
· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.
· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.
We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse.
Faulty Products:
If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.
An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.
After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.
Please refer to your user guide on the manufacturers warranty and read all terms and conditions applied.
In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.
Repairs:
If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.
Damaged Product:
Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
