Vintage Italian 14kt White Gold Puffy Heart Charm / Pendant With Pearl - 1.0 Grams

This is a wonderful vintage Italian made 14kt white gold puffy heart pendant/charm with a pearl center stone. The bail is marked
with a makers mark, Italy and 14k, weighing approximately 1.0 grams. 

This pendant measures approximately 7/8" long (without bail 1/2" long with bail) by 1/2" wide.

This item is previously owned. This piece has light surface scratches. Overall in great used condition.  See photos for more details.
