This is a beautiful Anamorphic adapter made by Moller originally for Bolex. It is compatible with a wide range of lenses in the Super16 format. This one was paired with a 75mm Kern-Switar Macro. I am including the custom adapter (pictured) that fits that lens. (See my other Ebay listing). Also included are the original lens shade and leather case, and a 39mm to 52mm step up ring.
