We recommend drying all collars after each use to preserve the hardware. All hardware is plated, therefore it is recommended to dry and clean it carefully to preserve its longevity. It should be noted that some ID tags and their attachments can over time cause wear to the hardware. 

Our collars come in a variety of sizes to suit every pooch. And if our standard sizes don’t work for you, drop us a message and we can do a custom size.

Standard Sizing are - 

All our collars are made to same sizing, so no matter what your choice, the collar sizes are all standard.

⦁ Medium - 30cm -40cm

⦁ Large - 40cm - 52cm

If your dog is in between sizes, please contact us with a measurement and breed and we will let you know which choice would be the most suitable. I can do a custom length, so if you are in between sizes, message me and I can make the collar to suit.

The width of each collar is 19mm

We highly recommend your dog is never left unattended wearing their collar for safety reasons. We cannot be held liable for any injury sustained whilst wearing one of our collars. 

We test every collar and buckle and do not sell anything we are not happy with; however, we would recommend using with caution in dogs who pull a lot on the lead. We recommend checking the collar before every use for any signs of wear and tear. We recommend not using a collar you are concerned about and contacting us immediately. If there had been a hardware malfunction, we will happily replace the hardware on the collar for you, up to 6 months after purchase.
