VINTAGE - 1950'S - MID CENTURY 

HOLLYWOOD REGENCY - DARK CHINESE RED VELVET

LARGE 26" X 26" X 4" 

OCTOGON SHAPED - DECORATOR WALL CLOCK 

This gorgeous Hollywood Regency piece is framed in gold finished carved wood and dark red velvet with a dark red velvet background around the clock - The beautiful 7" in diameter clock has a stunning gold dial with black Roman numerals and fancy ornate brass hands with a glass door - The entire front of the piece has a glass covering - Under the glass it is embellished with (4) decorative metal pieces - A winged cherub on each side and a Roman scholar top and bottom - IT IS SO ELEGANT!! Fabulous touch to any Hollywood Regency décor - It has its original cord for hanging - The case is fitted with its original battery operated balance wheel movement which operates on (1) "C" cell battery (included) - The clock is in excellent running order and appears to keep good time - However, since it is vintage, it is being sold with no warranty or guarantee of accuracy - It is in excellent overall condition with original gold finish and velvet - It has small black mark in the velvet trim at the top, light age related wear to the gold finish, dust on the inside of the glass, the back cardboard cover has age related wear - All of these are minor and not that noticeable when hanging - It still displays beautifully -
