COMIC - Sarasota, FLORIDA - "Biggest  Show on EARTH!" - Circus, Fat Lady, Makeup:  Sarasota is a city south of Tampa on Florida’s Gulf Coast that was once the winter home of the Ringling Brothers Circus. Today, it hosts a number of cultural institutes, notably the Ringling Museum of Art, which showcases old masters and modern art. It’s also the gateway to miles of beaches with fine sand and shallow waters, such as Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach.  This Linen Era (1930-45) Comic postcard plays upon that history by featuring a circus poster "Big Show Always Going One Here…" a boy peeks through a fence as a fat lady applies her makeup while bending over to look at he mirror.  In doing shows she reveals her frilly panties.  The card is in good condition.  Florida Pre Vues.  New Port Richy, Florida.  No. 796.
