Great Santa ornament called Oxford Santa issued by Christopher Radko in 1997. He has patches on his jacket. Don't know the significance of the patches, but it is colorful. The ornament is 7 1/2 inches tall and in excellent condition. The colors would look great on a Christmas tree.
