Please note when our parcels are sent they are sent with proof of postage number in the tracking section. Please do not open a case for a missing parcel without checking the tracking. Royal Mail will only mark an item as lost after 14 working days. So please bare this in mind. Especially as Postal services are busier than normal and under social distancing rules. If you have any issues with our service or a damaged item in the post please let us know. Leaving likes of neutral feedback 22 days after a box is delivered damaged means we can not make a claim for it because we simply never knew till feedback was left.
