The phones are new and are supplied in original box with all accessories and matching serial number. We recently acquired the phones in a large liquidation lot, they were sealed when received but were opened just to verify the contents. The phones are new and has never been used in production.

  • UPS Ground 12.50 within the US to the 48 Lower States and $6.50 for each additional unit
  • Please message us for shipping and handling charge to other US states and territories
  • The shipping and handling charge include insurance up to the purchase price of the item.
  • Shipping to Canada via UPS Standard is $27.50 for the first unit and $12.50 for each additional unit
  • PayPal is our preferred payment method
  • The item is shipped within 1 to 3 buiseness days after the completion of the auction. However, most are shipped within 24 hours of completion.
  • Will ship internationally, but only under the following conditions
    • International bidder must message me about shipping charges and payment options before bidding
    • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item priceor shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
    • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
    • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior
  • E-checks must clear before the item is shipped or made available for pick up

Conditions of Sale

The routers included in this auction are all fully tested and functioned perfectly. They are supplied with a 14 days Limited replacement warranty.
  • Warranty issues cover the functionality of the routers and switches only and should be reported with 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All shipping charges (DELIVERY & RETURN) are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Items shipped to US and Canada addresses can only be returned for an exchange. No refund will only be given if we do not have a replacement unit in stock
  • Items shipped to international address outside of North America can only be returned for a refund. We will not offer exchange for international shipments
  • Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
  • Our return/refund policy is non-negotiable
  • This auction is for the hardware only. As with all refurbished and resale cisco hardware, the software contained is subject to any licensing requirement by the manufacturer and is the responsibility of the purchaser
