Tyco R/C Speed Wrench Race Truck - Complete with Box Mattel 2000 - DOES NOT WORK

Condition is "Used". The box is in rough condition but holds its shape. Original styrofoam packing is included. The wrench makes noise when batteries are in it, but the function to put on or take off the wheels on the truck does not work. The truck does not work or seem to do anything when it is powered on - it was tested with a working battery and I do not know if the issue is with the truck or with the remote. The stickers on both the truck and the remote are starting to peel off. Sold as is, for parts or repair, or non-working collector's item.
