This is a used, in excellent condition, junior womens dress in a size 11.

It is by Ruby Rox, self is 100% cotton, lining is 100% polyester, and I would guess it is hand washable, the tags don't say.

It has a zipper part way down the back, elastic across the top of the back, has light, built in bra pads, no pockets, is lined in the bust and skirt part, has netting in the skirt part for fullness, has a removable belt that ties at the waist, and a bright floral print in pinks, orange, greens, white, etc. 

The measurements are as follows:

bust - approximately 34 inches unstretched and stretches up to 40 inches

waist - 31 inches

hips - 44 inches

length - 28 inches.
