The circular  badge(just under 35mm diameter) is in a used but good  condition . The pin is rusty and the paper a little age worn.

However, it is fairly firm and still retains it's colour from over a hundred years ago.

Fairly rare item when you consider the throwaway  and fragility nature of these badges.
