****How To Order  

You can leave your required Earring Style, Layout and text in the box provided on the listing or go to your 'purchase history' then select the 'contact seller' option once your order has been placed. Please make sure you provide the full text and spell check it, as we will copy and paste it onto the card. You can have any text on the backing card and mix and match designs.

The size of the name and initial may vary depending on the length of name provided. 


The backing card design is a mix of colourful flowers perfect for a summer and spring wedding theme.

Our 925 Sterling Silver Earrings are perfect for everyday wear and are super light and comfortable to wear. The packing card is made out of high quality card and fixed to a foam back, we use a professional printer to produce the design, everything is done in house meaning they can be personalised to your unique needs.

Please note colours may vary - this is due to all computer monitors and phones displaying colours differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly in real life.

****Aftercare for Sterling Silver Jewellery

Any Sterling Silver jewellery can tarnish over time, to keep your jewellery looking like new we would suggest you keep it in the gift box when you are not using it. If your item becomes tarnished, you can use a silver cleaning cloth to gently polish it. We would also suggest removing your jewellery before you come into contact with water and before bed. 

Please note as the butterfly backs are small they are not recommended for newly pierced ears.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

 

We will try to accommodate cancellations before an item is dispatched but if your product is personalised and has already been made we cannot refund the item.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or offer refunds (unless we have made a mistake).

We will copy and paste your chosen text from your email onto the backing card, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made by you.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us in a resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.

We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time and cannot accept refunds if Royal Mail are late or lose your item. As per Royal Mail guidelines replacements will be sent 10 workings days after expected delivery date.
