This variant indicates the spring toy complete. It includes the base for fixing into the ground by means of a foundation (art. 116), the spring with a diameter of 200mm and a height of 400mm, the entire shape and all the necessary screws for assembly. This type of spring toy is usually used for public areas or parks where play structures are not supervised.

This variant indicates the spring toy is complete. It includes the base for fixing into the ground by means of foundation (art.116) , the spring with a diameter of 180mm and a height of 360mm, the entire shape and all the necessary screws for assembly.  This type of spring is usually used in schools, kindergartens, private gardens or parks where the play facilities are supervised by parents or teachers.

It includes the base for fixing on rigid surfaces such as concrete (art. 125), the spring with a diameter of 200mm and a height of 400mm, the entire shape and all the necessary screws for assembly. This type of spring toy is usually used for public areas or parks where play structures are not supervised.

The ground fixing screws are not supplied. It depends on the type of surface and is usually chosen by the installer.

Description

• Age of use: 0 - 12 years.

• Suitable for public areas, schools, private or condominium play areas.

• Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with EN1176 and certified by competent third party bodies.

Components:

• “CHIMALON” extruded polyethylene template, mass coloured and UV resistant with a value of 8 (wool scale from 1 to 8) and 100% recyclable.

• Accessories such as knobs and nut covers are made of polyethylene with the same characteristics as the template.

• The spring (18 mm wire) with connection through the spring-disk is made by Eibach, a leading company in Europe in the construction of springs.

• Connecting element made of multi coloured pressed polyethylene.

• Bracket to be put into the ground is hot-dip galvanized FE.

• Galvanized or stainless steel bolts.

• All toy components are available as spare parts.

• Installation: Follow the illustration attached to the toy.

Maintenance plan (as required by EN 1176-7):

• Visual inspection: control often the general condition of the toy.

• Six-monthly inspection: check the tightening of the bolts and the general state of the toy, also check that the free space is respected and that the foundation of the toy is not exposed from the ground.

• Annual inspection: check the structural integrity of the foundation plinths
