Pair Norwegian Solid Silver Pierced Handle Serving Spoon Hallmarked LOHNE BRØDRENE of Bergen Norway 830 fine silver  

         Presented is a beautiful pair of useful wide bowl Norwegian solid silver serving spoons with an elegant scrolling leaf and fruit design in pierced handles. The great pieces both has full hallmarks for  830 fine silver by Lohne Brodrene in Bergen Norway with a style or product number of 62. A friendly Ebayer has been kind enough to assist with research on this item as shown in the photos above. American standard sterling silver is 925 fine, so there is slightly less silver in this alloy. They are in beautiful condition with only some pin-prick dings, no monogram and only some fine scratches form gentle use and care. These are beautiful useful pieces and are an excellent addition for the more refined silver collector of antique fine art and artistry as well useful pieces for almost any table setting or decor.
