This  knife has been Sanitized with a Clorox Solution 

This is a BT10, vintage Chicago Cutlery   Slicing Knife 

I have cleaned, sanitized and refurbished the handles using Boo's Oil and Block Cream and resharpened the blade

Then honed the blade with a fine diamond hone

The Blade is 10 1/4 inches long and the overall length is 15 1/4  inches

This is a Commercial Grade Knife made in the USA about 1970.

Blade is made of a special Alloy Steel that will not rust or stain and will hold a razor sharp edge

Has a full length Tang and walnut handles held in place with 3 Brass compression rivets

Very comfortable balance

This knife will last a lifetime if kept out of the dishwasher!!
