How to cook น้ำเงี้ยว "Nam Ngeow" Red Spicy Tomato Noodles Soup?
For Pack of 80g.
1.Boil one pack of 80 g. curry paste with 1 kg of ribs in 1,500 ml. of water
2.Add 250 g. of minced meat , 200 g. of tomato , 100g. of boiled blood and season as needed.
3. Serve with rice noodle , sprinkle with bean sprouts , coriander leaves spring onion on top.
For Pack of 500g.
1.Boil one pack of 500 g. curry paste with 1 kg of ribs in 8000 ml. of water
2.Add 1 kg. of minced meat , 1 kg. of tomato , 500g. of boiled blood cake and 100g. clean filaments of red cotton flowers and then taste & season as needed.
3. Serve with rice noodle , sprinkle with bean sprouts , coriander leaves spring onion on top.
