My grandfather visited China in 1974 and this piece came back with him. It is an older piece… Vintage… Very nice quality.

I am not an expert in musical instruments so I am listing this piece in as is as found condition. My thought is… It needs strings and it will Play just fine yet since I am not an expert… Please refer to the photographs and if you like what you see… It is exactly as pictured.

Please make sure you look at all of the photographs. I am allotted 12 photos and I am doing my best to show you everything along the way that I see. I’m taking notes along the way.

There are two issues that I see that needs addressing. It is missing two frets and the bottom of the instrument towards the back is starting to flake the paint… I’m sure this is caused by picking up the instrument and setting it down… But no real damage… But you’ll be the judge. You’re the expert not me.

I have excellent boxes and rigid cardboard and will ship this lovely instrument worldwide packed with great care. Light tight and right.

Remember… This instrument needs a few things… But mostly it is very very pretty. This could be a lovely wall hanging or definitely used as a Chinese guitar. I tightened up the metal string just to hear it sound. It sounded like something from a Bruce Lee movie. Very cool.

You might want to do your research on this piece because 1974 and has its original label that you could research… This could be a nice piece and I wouldn’t know it.

Exactly as pictured, as described, as is, in need of minor restoration, as found. Thank you, John
