If the device received has one of the above issues, or we find evidence that the device has been tampered with by the owner or by a third party, the warranty will be considered void, and we will return the device to you.
Tech Wholesale UK is not responsible in any way for any cost that occurred when unlocking a device that was locked to a network when sold.
In the unlikely case your device develops a problem within the warranty period, please get in contact with us via eBay. If you notify us of a problem, we recommend stopping using the item. You MUST return the item to us within 28 days to prevent further damage. Failure to do this will result in the warranty becoming void. If the warranty covers the problem, our technicians will attempt to fix the issue and return your item to a fully working condition. If we cannot fix the issue, we will supply a replacement item with the same description.
A refund will be processed if we cannot fulfil either a replacement or repair.

Returns Process
Contact our customer services team via the details
supplied on the contact page or via the eBay contact seller, and we will try
our utmost to resolve any queries or problems you may have. If an item has to
be returned to us, our customer services team will issue you a unique RMA
number, which should be used to reference your returned item. Please note we
will not accept any returns that have not been issued with an RMA number,
failure to provide the RMA information with your returned item will delay
processing your return.
Ensure that the handset (s) is returned in the
same condition as when received and that it has not been damaged whilst in your
care. Please ensure that all accessories / Parts supplied (i.e. Headphones,
Chargers, PSU, etc.) with the unit are returned with the item.
