And this is how it works: We use a specially developed machine for vacuuming and rolling, which is one of the most modern on the market. It removes the air from the mattresses already wrapped in foil and compresses them to a thickness of three to four centimeters. Only then are they rolled. With this new process, we bring our mattresses to an optimal shipping format (diameter approx. 40 cm) - hygienic, gentle and without loss of quality! After unpacking the mattress needs a maximum of 60 minutes to be able to sleep on it, but in order to regain its original shape the mattress needs approx. 1 to 3 days.
