NEW issued -new condition, no packaging

Like New - issued, never used, in mint condition, as new, may have names on 

Supergrade - in excellent condition, will have some wear, but minimal, may have names on

Grade 1 - more wear and tear, maybe a little soiled in places, 

so could do with a clean, no damage to them

Grade 2+ - very good condition, just will have one or two small defects, like small hole, rip or missing buttons

most look like good grade 1, just a defect will give them imperfection
