This Beautifully made substantial crisp cotton fabric, has been pintucked throught, with monochromatic lace and ribbon sewn every 5th row on the ruffled top and bottom flounce.

PERFECT for a Fall Wedding..or Any Casual occasion too,  Great with Western Boots!

Marked 12, by hand, but this would be a Vintage 12.
