Please note that the description provided on this listing is to the best of my knowledge. If a listing states an item is “NEW”, that means it was purchased as new and never used. As for “USED” or “PREOWNED” items, I will disclose any visible flaws if applicable and will do my best to take care of any issues that may arise in case there was anything I may have missed. The absence of a statement of condition does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Feel free to ask any questions about specific details or flaws.

Payment Terms: PayPal is the preferred form of payment accepted. Payment must be received within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, the item may be relisted. Proper action will be taken for non-payment.
Shipping Terms: Item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. In most listings, shipping is FREE, unless otherwise stated. Shipping method will vary according to your location. International shipping is available for certain items. Please note that although I try to meet the estimated delivery times, I am not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. In the event that your purchase arrives broken, the buyer must first pursue reimbursement through an insurance claim (if provided) by the shipping service and (if not provided) through my eBay store.
Lost packages - unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to your purchase once they have been shipped. Any refunds of this nature will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order. I do combine shipping for separate orders.
Refunds: I do accept returns within 30 days when merchandise has been returned in the same condition it was sent. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping fees paid during original purchase will also not be reimbursed.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me before opening a formal complaint through eBay as I will do what is necessary to satisfy any legitimate complaint.
