Hi Friends.  Sooty was a bear from a British TV series that started in the '50s.  In this case it appears he's dissected a clock or watch & all is not well!  Adorable plate!  It's about 7" across & in nice shape.

I usually ship within a day of receiving payment.  I expect to be paid within 2 days of auction's close.  If no payment by day 3 ebay will open an unpaid item case.
