All items below 150 Lbs. will be shipped via " United Parcel Service" (UPS) Ground. Unless other provisions are necessary. We will ship world wide.

R.P. Machine is responsible for the initial shipping cost only. All other duties and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is calculated via the Ebay shipping calculator, using UPS Ground rate. All items have an additional handling charge which will range from between $2.00 and $20.00 depending on the fragility and special packing needs of your items.

We need to know if we will be shipping to a business or residential address so that we may better calculate shipping cost.

Items above 150 Lbs. will be shipped via freight carrier. Shipping and handling fees may vary by weight and special materials needs.

IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

If an item should arrive to the winning bidders address broken, an insurance or return claim may be made if the following provisions are met:

Pictures taken of the damaged item's box as well as the item itself. So that we know what condition the item was in before its return to our facility.

Once you have taken the pictures, please contact us and report the damage as soon as possible.

Steps will then be taken to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue.
