Skye's quickdraw DCF tent pole bags – the lightest way to pack your poles! My pole bags are handmade in Britain from 1oz DCF reinforced with 1.43oz DCF for toughness. They’ve been carefully handstitched instead of using a cheap glued construction, meaning they are half the weight of glued alternatives! The elasticated top allows the bag to adapt to any size pole and retracts out of the way when opened, making it much more convenient, not to mention lighter, than cord loc versions. About Wild Sky Gear

Wild Sky Gear was started by Skye McGregor, a British 15 year old who hiked Lands’ End to John O'Groats solo. I hiked through the winter and to keep my pack light started making my own gear and then sold some of the surplus. This turned out to be a bit more successful than I had anticipated, and now I’m constantly sewing.
