The caves will be wrapped and packed properly to avoid any damage being done to them. But if you receive them broken just in case, please inform us within 30 minutes of its first attempt delivery with CLEAR PICTURES.

AFTER 1 hour, the GUARANTEE is voided.

It must be in its original packings. If you opened the packings and removed it out of the box, I will assume you must have tampered with it and dropped it and broke it yourself.

Broken item must be shipped back to us, with your own return label and we will issue a refund once we receive our item. Thank you.
