This is a limited edition plate, made in 1984, and it has the number on the back, AM 250. It is a picture of Napoleon Bonaparte on a horse in the alps with elaborate patterning at the border.  c Boulme is on the picture. The information on the back of the plate can be read on that photo. The plate measures 8-1/2."  It comes with its Certificate of Authenticity, signed and with the handwritten number AM 250.
