An interest old postcard perhaps circa 1950-60 period with a interesting varnish effect and the back of the post card is faint may be from age

It says an original Fine art lithograph by Prescot - Pick up & Co Bridge North Salop (Shropshire for those abroad now ) Ref PA 10

No postcode so it predates those
